Hi, my name is Jill and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I am passionate about helping individuals through issues such as ADHD, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationships/communication, trauma, mood disorders, or any struggle they may experience. Through identifying the underlying causes of the issues being faced, clients can realize their strengths and adjust their approach to situations and relationships. The first step to change and healing is finding the right fit for someone to talk to, and I would love to help you through your journey. Accepted by most insurance. I have experience supporting and empowering adults through behaviour support, treatment planning, and counselling. I specialize in the treatment of adult ADHD, and utilize worksheets and goal planning in sessions. I utilize a trauma informed, anti-oppressive, and eclectic approach as I use different techniques depending on the needs of the person.
