I am a Registered Social Worker and have been providing counseling for over 10 years. I can work in English and Mandarin and enjoy working with adults who wish to improve their self-esteem, strengthen their relationships, and develop the courage to take on new challenges. I offer in-person sessions in a safe place and virtual sessions via online video conferencing.
Counseling is a relationship in which we will go through essential moments and relationships and answer critical questions like "Who am I?" "What do I want?" and "How can I be the person I want to be?" In answering the questions, we enhance our understanding of ourselves, a sense of control, and be more prepared for the unknown.
