Are you a 25-35 year old, type-A, high-achieving, anxiety prone human with diagnosed or suspected ADHD, a strained relationship with your mom, who people pleases and can never turn their brain off? You've been told you're "too sensitive" or "too much" or "too needy", and you learned to shut your emotions down just to function in this busy society. You're on an emotional rollercoaster, and you've TRIED to feel better: meditation, self-help, breathwork, exercise, therapy tiktoks and journaling...but nothing seems to stick for long. You're really ready and eager to make a change in your mental health, even if nothing else has worked.
As a member of the LGBTQ community, I'm motivated by my own journey of self discovery to help others in their 20s and 30s to discover who they truly are, find their authentic life path, and overcome the patterns of behaviour and thinking that have kept them stuck - most often relating to self-esteem, relationships, and life purpose/school/work.
Our work together is as diverse and unique as my clients, and is always grounded in a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming stance. Sometimes we will work on past family history, other times we will focused on goal setting or visioning or "actually" feeling your feelings.
