I am a Registered Psychologist with extensive experience working with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), childhood abuse and trauma, addictions, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, and self/identity concerns. I am influenced by psychodynamic and humanistic models. I work with those interested in a self-discovery process, often triggered by a life crisis or transition, feeling lost and depressed, or a sense of disconnection from self and others. Together, we explore life purpose and meaning, increase awareness of personal qualities, abilities and gifts, and become empowered to create a more fulfilling life.
I bring an accepting and nurturing presence in my work with individuals, couples and families to support them to heal, transform, build healthy relationships and attain balance in all dimensions of wellness. I take a holistic approach using hypnosis, EMDR, dreamwork, nature-based practices, and emotion-focused and other mindfulness-based models.
As founder and Registered Psychologist with Wholeness Psychology Centre, my hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and evenings if needed. Relationship Bootcamp
Registered Psychologist, Jessica Rosin, alongside Certified Life Coach, Rob Abbott, are offering a 3-month program that is tailored for each couple’s unique patterns, needs and goals. It is an immersive and hands-on experience designed to transform any relationship so that couples achieve their desired outcome of a successful, loving, and healthy relationship.
