I take a strengths-based approach, empowering you and building the confidence necessary to handle life challenges, achieve goals, enhance your quality of life and become the best version of yourself. I have training in evidenced based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Therapy. In addition to offering individual therapy, I am also certified in EMDR offer consultation for therapists.
In addition to learning new tools and skills, I use evidence-based practices to help you get to the root of your challenges and struggles by creating a collaborative plan. I take a holistic approach to wellness and believe in a healthy body and mind. I am dedicated to professional growth, expanding my knowledge and supporting other therapists in the field.
