Collectively, our mental health has never been a bigger priority than now. For many of us, our foundation of coping has been shaken to the core. We are trying to find ways of navigating through difficult emotions, sensations, urges, thoughts and relationship issues that may be bubbling up and overflowing on the surface. With these difficulties, we might find ourselves coping in extremes, like a swinging pendulum: either trying to over-control our situation, or, perhaps, losing control entirely. I would love to support you in resolving these difficulties, slowing down the pendulum, and hopefully finding a 'middle path'.
With over 12 years of clinical experience and specialized training in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (in addition or other modalities), I will work with you collaboratively to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your needs and hopes for change.
