Life can be really hectic and move at an alarming rate until we find ourselves asking “why does everything feel so heavy?” I value the courage it takes to reach out and take this first step for yourself. You being here, taking this initiative, is an act worth recognizing. My goal is to walk alongside you, and meet you where you are in your journey. Collaboratively, we can explore your inner experiences and challenging areas in your life contributing to your distress. I work from a place of compassion and deep empathy to create a safe non-judgemental space to help you identify your inner strengths to move you closer to your goals.
Difficult thoughts, emotions, and situations can often move us away from the life we want, which can leave us feeling empty, stuck, and depleted. I aim to help you acknowledge, and gain deep insight into the origin of your patterns to move closer to what gives you meaning. I do this using a person-centered approach encompassing mindfulness and compassion.
I use an integrative approach to address the individual needs of my clients. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, health or, feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to listen and guide.
