Hi there and welcome! I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and co-founder of Northern Therapy Collective, a virtual counselling and psychotherapy service for anyone residing in the beautiful province of Ontario. We are a skilled team of professionals dedicated to providing compassionate and client-centered care.
Having spent the formative years of my career with the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy program, I have extensive training and experience with evidence-based approaches such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE); as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy.
