I have earned my Social Service Worker diploma (SSW) from Centennial College, my Bachelor of Social Work degree (BSW) from Trent University, and my Master of Social Work degree (MSW) from the University of Windsor. I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
