Along with my work with families, I also support individuals on their journey of self discovery, whether it is by examining their values, relationship patterns or gaining perspective.
As every human is unique, I value providing a tailored therapy experience based on your unique needs! As so, my approach is integrative and I use evidence-based interventions such as CBT, ACT, and Theraplay. I specialize in anxiety, self esteem, parent- child relationships.
