Jessica provides counselling to clients who have been impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, separation and divorce, cancer and medical concerns, and issues with self-esteem. Her counselling approach is multi-faceted; she provides approaches to best meet the needs of clients and help bring about the change that they need. Jessica's foundation is a strong client-centered approach. She integrates concepts and interventions from the following modalities: Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Adlerian Therapy, Mindfulness Based Approaches, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

Jessica is happy to provide a FREE 10 minute phone consult prior to first booking. Jessica is registered with the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP) and supports clients covered through sessions with ICBC. Some extended health benefit plans will provide some coverage to access counselling through a Registered Clinical Counsellor.
