As a social worker I specialize in therapy for anxiety, trauma, & substance use concerns. I am trained in evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, & Internal Family Systems. Additionally I am passionate about the role intention and mindfulness can play in health/healing.
