Have you ever felt alone, disconnected or abandoned? I’ve had those moments too. Growing up amidst parental mental illness came with a lot of challenges but it also gave me compassion and understanding. We needed the support of a caring community of family and friends to help us walk through many difficult times. My lived experiences inspired me to study psychology and human behavior for much of my adult life. This pursuit has provided me with the opportunity to help others so they can feel supported on their journey.
Our mental wellness ebbs and flows throughout our lives as we navigate different challenges, losses and victories. Some life chapters are difficult to travel through, but in every season there can be moments of beauty and joy. I am here to meet you where you're at, to listen and offer support to help you reach your mental health goals.
I give clients space to be heard, sharing with them the tools to move forward. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and have 15 years of experience in the field.
