I have experience in addictions, mental health, sexual abuse, and have expertise in health psychology with a focus on rehab, grief counselling and cancer care. I work with adults across the lifespan from young adults to seniors addressing issues like depression, anxiety, grief/loss, fertility concerns, life transitions and perinatal mental health.
