I work with youth, young adults, and couples, but am especially passionate about working with young men. I utilize my background in literature to inform my therapeutic approach, seeking to help clients understand their own stories in new ways and write their next chapter. I believe in working collaboratively with clients in an empathetic environment that allows them to better understand themselves and their future direction. I am especially passionate about helping young men and adolescents learn to control their anger and find happiness, meaning, and purpose.

I am Indigenous am knowledgeable about Indigenous practices and culture. My experiences have informed my understanding of trauma, the complex nature of family systems, and the value of understanding each client as a full person.
