Sometimes challenges can feel too big to hold all on our own. I find most folks just need a safe space to unfold, feel heard and be understood. I see this as our birthright. I work in a client-led, compassionate and inquisitive way that allows insights and deeper truths to emerge. I love helping clients uncover unmet needs and long-held desires so that they can embrace themselves more fully. I especially love to work with clients navigating non-monogamy or those exploring their gender, sexuality and neurodivergence.
With a background in disability support, yoga, leadership and community engagement, I aim to meet clients where they are at with both care and presence. I incorporate mindfulness techniques, somatic awareness and parts work in my practice to help those I work with find more space and ease within themselves.
