You deserve to be seen, heard and valued. As a clinician, I believe in meeting you with empathy, compassion and collaboration, and offer a safe space for you to grow and heal. Using a strengths-based and evidence supported approach, I support clients in finding acceptance for all parts of their identity, uncovering deeper understandings of themselves, and healing past wounds and trauma. I enjoy working with high performing, achievement-oriented individuals on issues including perfectionism, self-doubt, anxiety, worthiness. I appreciate the uniqueness of each individual and am committed to ensuring the process reflects your needs.
My clinical lens has been shaped by experiences as a coach in high performance sport and supporting diverse, high achieving youth. As an Asian-Canadian and 2nd gen immigrant, I understand the complexity between mental health and cultural values. I offer support in exploring the struggles that stem from intergenerational conflicts, loss of cultural identity.
Together in our work, we can uncover new insights that can lead to growth, resilience and well-being. I am deeply committed to building a safe, non-judgemental, and trusting therapy relationship that enables you to embrace your full self and feel empowered in the pursuit of your goals.
