As someone who has walked the path of anxiety, depression, and is a trauma survivor, I bring unique personal insight to my practice that allows for authenticity in our sessions - a genuine connection where vulnerability is met with understanding.

I employ a holistic approach that is centred around your needs and goals. Trained in a variety of techniques such as CBT, EMDR, Solution Focused, Gottman for couples, and more which offer interventions that may be helpful for you. Through the mind/body connection, we can uncover patterns of thinking and behaviour that contribute to emotional distress.
