I typically work with children, adolescents, young adults and their families. I have extensive experience working with people who live with ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder), Anxiety Disorders and Mood Disorders. I am highly invested in supporting people in developing skills that allow them to enjoy success in their daily life.
I have over 20 years of experience in acute children's mental health. I am a Registered Social Worker with an MSW from Wilfrid Laurier University. I use evidence based treatment modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy), EFFT (Emotion Focused Family Therapy) and Trauma Informed Therapy.
