Jennifer is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is passionate about supporting youth and adults feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves and others. Additionally she has a focus on mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, and intergenerational issues. Jenn believes every person comes with their own unique journey, nuance differences, and strengths, that should be acknowledged and celebrated.
Jenn's compassionate, non-judgemental and curious approach uses a blend of techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Narrative Therapy. Jenn follows a Culturally Responsive and Social-Justice (CRSJ) lens and is collaborative, person-centred, and holistic.
Therapy is a place for you to be vulnerable, self-discover, explore, process, and reflect at your own pace. Jenn believes the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is sacred. If you would like Jenn to be part of your journey, please book a 15-minute free consultation.
