I have therapy animals in the office. Lucy, now almost 3, is a gentle and sensitive corgi who can offer comfort and support in her own furry way, Jeffery & Bean (tuxedo cats) are in and out of the office.
My background in counselling in a Family Medicine setting has given me experience with a broad range of clients and issues. My study of meditation, mindfulness based practices and Buddhist philosophy brings a gentle and practical dimension to my work with clients.
