I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems, Somatic Awareness and Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, but I am also eclectic, ensuring my approach makes sense to you and is useful for your healing process. I am also trained in EMDR using a somatic and attachment focused therapeutic approach.
