In a safe and judgement-free environment, we can work together to identify obstacles that are preventing you from moving forward. We can uncover the patterns that fuel your unwanted behaviour, and begin to build a foundation for resilience and growth. As a psychotherapist, it is my role to empower my clients to see their potential for growth and to construct a reasonable and attainable path through working together to set goals.
Adolescents are increasingly facing struggles with mental health. With elevated feelings of low self-worth, body image, anxiety, self-harm, substance use, depression and suicidal ideation. I feel that teens are in more need than ever for a safe, inclusive environment to cultivate their ability to successfully conquer this stage of life with fortitude.
Life is challenging. Getting help is your first step in honouring yourself and by working on yourself, you can improve your relationships with others, communicate more effectively, and learn how to identify and manage thoughts and behaviours that are no longer serving you.
