I come from a perspective that building a trusting realtionship with my clients is the most effective way to aid that person in working through their stuggles, gain new perspectives, discover strengths they already have, and develop new tools to address the issues they came to a counsellor for.
I have experience and specialization in mental health, anxiety, depression and eating disorders. I can help you with previous upsetting life events, current disruptive life changes and be a non judgemental listener to help you work towards your goals for the future.
