I guide my clients through the clutter of the toxic thoughts and restricting beliefs and help them learn effective strategies to create the freedom they deserve and to lead a fulfilling, joyful life. I work with people who are tired of living their life by other people's rule and expectations. I help people who are ready to take action and create a life full of joy that they know is out there waiting for them.
I am a registered social worker who has practiced clinical psychotherapy for the past 18 years and life coaching for 2 years. Working with a person's toxic thoughts using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural (among other holistic tools) to own their story and create their own path to wellness and joy.
Everyone has a story. I am no different than you. I have used the skills I teach others to forge my own path, release toxic thoughts, negative beliefs and unhealthy habits to own my story and create the life that is more joyful and fulfilling.
