My Psychotherapy Practice specializes in working with Couples, utilizing the Gottman Method, as well as individual counselling for women. I am especially pleased, and humbled, to have been selected as one of the Top Three Rated Marriage Counsellors in London! I am dedicated to providing the specific skills necessary for you to thrive in your relationship. During our work together, you will be provided with a Full Assessment and Treatment Plan, outlining your strengths and areas for improvement. You can expect to improve in the areas of Conflict Management, Friendship, Shared Dreams and Life Goals to name a few.
I have completed Levels 1 & 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy Training, and Gottman Advanced Training in Trauma and Infidelity, and Couples Addiction Recovery. I have also completed the Gottman "Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" Leader Training. I consistently make the time to learn and grow in my specialty area. I am passionate about your success.
My rates are as follows: Individual: $160/HR, and Couples: $190/HR, and $285/1.5HR. I highly recommend 1.5 hour sessions to provide the most time to complete specific exercises. Also, feel free to ask me about my Same Day 3 hour Couples Intensive (2-90 minute sessions with a break) for $570. A great way for couples to begin healing quickly!
