We all have a 'mental health', and we all deserve a space of non-judgment and empathy to explore what we may need to survive and hopefully recover from the challenges life has presented us with. I am a registered social worker and psychotherapist who works from an empathetic and non-judgmental standpoint. I consider the work of being with people in their mental health journey a privilege and a passion. I apply a human-centred and diverse approach to working with individuals based on their needs, contexts and directives.
My hope is to walk with you and offer the best support possible as you untangle the pieces of life that have presented you with struggle or questions.
