I'm a Registered Psychologist who enjoys working with individuals facing a wide range of issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, emotion dysregulation, borderline personality disorder, and self-harm. While I work with a number of clinical concerns, my niche and passion is working with eating disorders, body image issues, and trauma. In addition to therapy, I also offer WPATH readiness assessments for gender-affirming care and psychoeducational assessments across the lifespan (ages 7-60) for individuals querying diagnoses of learning disorders and ADHD.
I have training in a number of therapeutic approaches including emotion-focused therapy (EFT), cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which I draw from according to my clients needs and goals.
As a psychologist, I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment in which to work and often use humour, transparency and authenticity in my approach to treatment.
