My ideal client is someone who is motivated to explore their personal challenges and be open minded enough to work through them in various ways that aim to help them find peace and personal growth emotionally, socially, mentally or in any way they are in need of. My most common issues with clients are related to managing anxiety, stress, interpersonal conflicts, family challenges and personal growth goals.
I have a lot of experience in mindfulness based interventions, including yoga, meditation, ACT and MBCT. I am dynamic in my approach, as I am open to using modalities from different therapy designs as required by the patient's needs. These are techniques I have used with myself and feel confident in the positive effect they bring to one's daily life.
As humans we are all in search of personal peace and contentment with our lives, yet no one is invincible from things that trigger us daily. So it is the practice of emotional and mental hygiene that allows us to manage and become more resilient with each block or interruption to stay on course to who we want to be and how we want to live our lives.
