Jennifer has 20 years of experience in the field of social work. Her practice includes working with both youth and adults. Her clients are often struggling with depression, anxiety and/or trauma. She supports her clients in their healing journey by using a strength based collaborative approach that sees the client as the expert in their own lives. Oftentimes clients are looking for guidance, a sense of calm, a feeling of relief, a place to feel safe and heard. Other clients have specific, targeted goals that they would like to work on through therapy. Whatever the reason, Jennifer will work with you every step of the way.
Jennifer engages in a strength-based, client-centered approach. She provides a non-judgmental safe space for clients to be listened to and encouraged. She is well-versed in working with clients who struggle with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, depression and trauma.
