My work holds space for the exploration and healing of core wounds and emotional experiences within your chain of memories. I provide healing space for transmuting patterns, behaviours, and thoughts that inhibit your self-expression. My practice of therapy is trauma-informed, and incorporates nervous system regulation, interoceptive therapy, shadow exploration, ancestral healing, relational therapy, and sexology. I work closely with couples, small groups, and individuals.
