Welcome! I understand it can be difficult to take the first step and reach out for support. Knowing this, I strive to offer empathetic, confidential, non-judgmental therapeutic services. I believe we all have our own inner resiliency and capacity for change, but sometimes we need the helping hand of therapeutic intervention to help us take our next steps. I have an interest and have focused my training in supporting with emotional regulation, anxiety, ADHD, navigating life transitions, grief, and pregnancy and infant loss.
I am a Registered Social Worker and have been working with children, adolescents and adults in many capacities for the past 10 years. I offer a variety of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, Theraplay, IFS informed approaches, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness. I also offer play informed approaches for children and youth.
