In my practice, I support clients who experience a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, and stress. Life can be overwhelming with unpredictable events happening all the time which can be difficult for someone to manage, especially when everyone has a unique path that includes additional stressors such as traumas, work, relationships, family, health issues and other experiences that may impact their ability to cope.
I am compassionate individual who is looking to meet you where you are at currently, identify what it is you would like the outcome of working together to be, and a support to go on that journey with you. Through working together, we will identify your values, manage emotions in a way that works for you, and make positive changes you desire.
