I offer services that are centred in Indigenous values with intentions to offer trauma informed healing. If you are needing supports because you are involved with Child and Family Services or connected to MMIWG, I want to help find the strength and make changes to make you feel whole again.
I provide long-term counselling services. I do offer crisis intervention services but would encourage regular scheduled meetings. Indigenous led practice is a combination of clinical work and Indigenous values and traditions. Our work will focus on empowering your strengths.
There are limited services that are Indigenous led and I hope to address service gaps to support healing journeys. Counselling can offer a safe space to be heard. During this complicated time I am available to meet with you in person, over Zoom or by phone.
