As a private clinician, I make it my goal to help my clients find their inner strength to overcome those challenges that life throws at them and offer them hope in living their life the way they see fit. Adopting approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS and the Gottman Method I hope to assist clients in breaking down barriers and delve into the challenges that are preventing them from moving forward.
