Hello! If you are in need of support and want someone to talk to then I am glad you've found me. I believe that each client has a unique need and I offer an eclectic approach to build on the inner strengths that each person possesses, and to promote greater insights into your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Working together we move along the path towards healing, empowerment, and peace.

I have experience working with clients that live with depression, anxiety, and trauma. Primarily person-centered in my approach, I incorporate techniques and strategies from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and CPT. By tailoring my approach towards your unique circumstances, I try to deliver effective, meaningful, and long-lasting change.

I am committed to building a safe and effective therapeutic relationship with openness, support, and empathy for all of my clients. I believe that engaging in therapy is often a difficult step for an individual and I am honouring that commitment without judgement to provide the support that is needed.
