I will work with you to deliver evidence based therapy interventions in an integrative manner to help you reach your goals. I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience. My passion is supporting people with PTSD, dissociation, anxiety and borderline personality disorder. I work from a foundation of attachment, relational and feminist theory.
I offer EMDR therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. These therapies are evidence based and very helpful for assisting people with PTSD, childhood trauma, anxiety, grief and other intense emotional events. These therapies are often helpful in processing out trauma in a way that talk therapy cannot.
