Each of us comes into this world with unique gifts and an individual perspective. I work with adult individuals experiencing concerns with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and relationships. Since people are unique in how they approach their concerns I utilize an eclectic, client centred approach in my practice. People seeking assistance from me tend to find me to be very supportive and empathetic.
I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, inclusive environment in my practice where people can feel safe to be open with me to promote their healing. I am a member of an interdisciplinary group of allied health professionals that utilize a holistic treatment perspective in our interactions with clients.
