Over 15 years Specializing in Men's Mental Health and Addictions. Life can feel overwhelming at times, everyone needs a helping hand now and then. That's why I use a person centered strength-based approach to help bring out the best in you. I offer evidence-based treatment, and have trained extensively in various treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy, addictions, trauma-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness.
I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science degree and a Master's in Psychology with a specialty in Forensics. I have worked with a variety of clinical populations over my 15-year career. I have over a dozen publications in peer-reviewed journals and academic presentations, as well as speaking at several international conferences.
I offer virtual individual psychotherapy to anyone in Ontario, in-person in the Brockville area. I specialize in Anxiety problems, Anger, Impulse control, ADHD , Substance abuse , Depression, and Trauma. I also offer services for those experiencing legal stressors and court mandated counselling.
