I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with experience working for both Alberta Health, and Children’s Services. I have extensive knowledge of the supports and resources available in the community and enjoy working with people of all ages. I provide a safe, trusting, and supportive environment which is essential in your journey of health and wellness. I strive to foster a therapeutic relationship through an empathic, non-judgmental, and client-centered approach. I utilize various evidence-based techniques so you gain insight and find solutions towards achieving your treatment goals. I've worked with many clients and conditions, especially those experiencing: Depression, Anxiety, and general life stress.
My direct but supportive approach tends to have good outcomes in those struggling to regulate their emotions & individuals with Personality Disorders (eg. Borderline & Narcissism). I also have considerable experience responding to mental health crisis calls in the community with first responders (eg. EPS and EMS) as well as treating PTSD in this population.
