As a Counselling Psychologist (Candidate Register), I provide individual therapy for adults (age 19+). Whether we focus on changing unhelpful patterns, learning new skills, untangling painful emotions, enhancing self-worth, increasing resilience, or something else, my aim is to help you find ways to meet life’s challenges with a sense of clarity and meaning.
My therapeutic style is collaborative and trauma-informed. I draw from Narrative, Acceptance & Commitment (ACT), and Existential Therapies, as well as body-focused and mindfulness-based strategies to tailor my approach to your needs. With respect for your unique history and cultural context, I will work with you to discover new avenues toward lasting change.
