Sometimes you may feel inner turmoil or turbulence. You don't find peace within yourself. You think this is the end of the world. You don't see the glimmer of new hope. Accepting what lies ahead can be challenging. You may already know that using your inner strength to move forward and grow is important. However, right now, you might not feel capable. Seeking recovery in the present may still feel difficult. Perhaps I can help! Let me be a calming presence during this challenging time. Let’s create peace together. Let’s explore new opportunities. You are not alone!
I utilize a combination of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Humanistic-Existential Therapy (including Logotherapy), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. I am open to working with clients of varying races, faiths, and cultures.
With a background in working as a hospital chaplain, counselor and helping hundreds of individuals, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice. I prioritize actively engaging with people's life stories, helping them create new chapters.
