As a psychotherapist with lots of life experience, I provide support through career changes, relocation, divorce, parenting milestones, illness, or personal growth challenges. I work with individuals and couples navigating frequent arguments or different communication styles. It's possible to emerge from this with confidence and resilience.
We will work on bringing awareness to your situation while developing understanding and self-compassion. From there you'll build towards more honest and effective communication allowing for deeper and more meaningful relationships. Yes, coping with stress will be part of the equation but we will also address why these times are so upsetting and overwhelming.
I hold a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology and have had 30+ years in helping professions. I have training/experience in couples therapy, trauma, substance use, anger management, EFT and Gestalt Therapy. I'm here to support you in-person, online or by phone.
