I have 18 years of experience working with life transitions, addictions, spirituality, psychodynamic patterns, career decisions, relationships, parenting, and identity issues. My approach is guided by depth-oriented approaches such as existential-humanistic theory, Jungian theory, and systems theory.
I have worked in a non-profit organization, private practice, taught university, written articles, and managed mental health services for Interior Health. I value my diverse experience and it allows me to better help a variety of people.
