I specialize in working with teens and parents, providing them a safe space to explore emotions, build resilience, and strengthen family relationships. I help teens thrive and support parents through these stressful times. I work with parents in helping them communicate more effectively with their child and to provide parents with strategies they can use with their child. I help parents reduce their stress and come up with solutions for parenting their teens.
I have extensive experience counselling teens and parents everywhere from custody facilities, schools, individual therapy, group therapy and residential treatment facilities. I am trained in and do provide CBT, DBT, CPS and many other evidence based type of therapies. I work together with the teen and parent to foster a stronger and happier family dynamic.
