I've got a keen interest in helping people like you rediscover your purpose. I want to help you loosen the tightly held beliefs that you've been handed down in hope that you'll be more in touch with the most authentic version of yourself.
I work in an embodied and relational way with the belief that the therapeutic relationship that exists between me and the client is reflective of how the client exists in the world at large. I'm informed by my experiences as a Filipino-Canadian finding my way between cultures, being a parent, and working in the tech industry for decades.
I have a clear, honest approach that invites open dialog. I have a sense of creativity, humour, and expressiveness that encourages empowered vulnerability. My stability and strong sense of boundaries provides a safe place for self-exploration in turbulent waters.
