Jasmine is a curious, open-hearted person who strives to understand what motivates, scares and fulfills each of her clients. She works from a belief that mental health and healing develop from within and that each client has the ability to access strengths and internal resources that at times may become obscured by many of life’s adversities. She believes that counselling is a personal process that is based upon a relationship of trust. Jasmine values the individuality of each client and over the last 12 years has worked with diverse populations to address concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, to relationship stressors.
Because one size does not fit all, Jasmine works with clients to understand their goals and tailor treatment to their specific needs. She draws upon a variety of research proven strengths based therapeutic approaches which include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy(DBT), and Solutions Focused Therapy.
