I work with individuals and couples of all abilities, ages, genders and sexual orientations who are impacted by a myriad of adverse life circumstances. Whether you have lost a loved one, having trouble finding joy or have survived a traumatic event, I will be by your side through your therapeutic journey.
I have achieved over 20 years experience working in both the public and private sector. My experience has allowed me a vast amount of knowledge in a variety of areas that impact mental health. I support individuals and couple's through their tough times, providing them the skills and mechanisms to live life to the fullest.
I am naturally drawn to counselling because of my empathetic, kind and nonjudgmental nature. I offer a caring space for you to explore your struggles while working towards your growth.
