I work with folks from various cultures and ethnicities to unpack unhealed childhood trauma and mental health challenges related to unhealed past trauma. Some of those challenges look like poor boundaries, low self-esteem, interpersonal relationship challenges, anxiety, stress, and racial trauma just to name a few things. We are all unique, which is why you are the expert in your life. I will help you face the truth with self-compassion.
I believe in healing the mind, body, and understanding how the nervous system impacts our thoughts, feelings, and behaviour as it relates to past/present experiences of trauma. I also understand that there is no "one size fits all approach". It's important that we work together to establish the best approach that works for you and your healing.
I work well with all folks from various cultures and backgrounds in a safe and non-judgmental environment. It is important to finally feel heard and seen.
