My approach is grounded in a wholistic framework that sees the importance of all the connecting factors that contribute to our experiences. I incorporate various therapeutic modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Strengths-based, Solution-focused, CBT, Trauma-informed & Anti-oppressive lens that is healing-centered.
